These terms and conditions apply to “Win and Item of your choice” promotion advertised on Indigo Lune’s order cards between 1 October 2019 and 31 December 2019.

This “Giveaway” offers a selected customer a choice of one single item from our online store (www.indigolune.com)

1. Conditions of entry – To participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:

1.1. You must be aged 16 or over; If you are not, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion. By participating, you confirm that you have obtained such permission;

1.2. You must be resident in the United Kingdom

1.3. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter - to participate in this promotion you will need to:

2.1. Place an order on the Indigo Lune Website during the promotion period

2.2. Upload a photo of any item from your order from this period on Instagram. Item can either be worn or displayed by itself.

2.3. Tag us (@indigolune) or use our hashtag (#indigolune) to notify us and be eligible for the giveaway.

3. Entry period – You can participate in this promotion at any time between 00:01 (GMT) on 19 November 2018 and 23:59 (GMT) on 2 March 2019 (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.
4. Winner selection - All eligible customers will receive an Instagram DM with their unique voucher code. Our decision as to eligibility is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
5. Prize – During the Entry Period, a selected customer will be chosen on the 1st of each month. The winner can then select any individual item from our online store (www.indigolune.com) up to a price of £50. This prize excludes the item of gift cards/vouchers. Winner has 30 days to respond and claim their prize from when the Instagram DM has been sent. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of the same or greater value.
6. Disqualification - We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means.
7. Changes to the promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Information about you - By participating in this promotion you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the promotion and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (https://www.indigolune.com/pages/privacy), including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where you are a winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this promotion. You also agree that we may use your name, social media handle and other information which identifies you for promotional purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 9. Social Media - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. By participating in this promotion you agree to release Instagram, Facebook and Twitter of any liability caused in respect of this promotion
10. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your participation in this promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
11. Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Promotion administrator - This promotion is administered by Indigo Lune Limited
