Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! Whether your new ring doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we make returns and exchanges easy.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Free Returns for UK, US, EU, & AU Customers: Use our returns portal to start your return.
- From 1st November 2025 until 31st December 2025, our Returns Policy will be temporarily extended to 60 days to allow for returns during the festive period.
- Refunds: We’ll refund the price of your item to your original payment method. Please note, shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to you.
- Exchanges: You can exchange your item for another of the same price or less. If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

Made to Order Items:
Made to Order pieces are crafted specially for you and may include personalised details, so they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, they’re still covered under our 2-year warranty, so if you experience any issues with your item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. -
Promotional Items:
- If returning all items from a “3 for 2" or "2 for 1" offer, a full refund will be issued.
- If keeping the promotional (free) item and returning the paid items, the refund will be the amount paid minus the retail value of the free item.
- If only the promotional (free) item is returned, no refund or store credit will be issued.
