Each Made to Order piece is individually handcrafted to your selection. Our skilled artisans carefully bring your design to life, creating a piece that’s truly personal and made especially for you.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted and prepared for shipment. A little extra time for something uniquely yours.

Made to Order pieces are created especially for you and may include personalised details, so they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, all items are covered under our 2-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your jewellery, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

We use a premium 316L stainless steel base metal to ensure our jewellery is durable, recyclable, and hypoallergenic. Our pieces are then coated with a thick layer of 18K gold. 

They are coated using an advanced high-power magnetron process which produces a spectacular lustre and ensures the coating will never fade or tarnish.

They are waterproof and sweatproof so wear them wherever, whenever.

Enjoy peace of mind with our 2-year warranty on all our jewellery. In the unlikely event of any faults, we offer free replacements.
