Even though it took around 2 months to arrive, it arrived before Mother’s Day which I was hoping for! I got matching rings for me and my mum with our birthstones and she loves it so much! We both wear our rings every day and they still look just as good from when they arrived! I would highly recommend indigo lune and would order again!

Love the ring however disappointed in the waiting time. The website says allow 2-4 weeks or so… I ordered the rings back in Feburary as a gift for my friends as I was moving away from Australia to the UK in April. Well, the rings didn’t arrive until a few days ago and I left Australia at the start of April. Feels a bit like these gifts have lost meaning now that I haven’t been able to personally deliver something that should be special to my friends.

The first picture of the digital ring portrays the jewels as touching, but in reality it is more like the actual picture of the rings on models where the jewels are smaller and you can see the gold/silver outline of the ring, I still like it, but wish the jewels were a little bigger to be touching more like the digital picture.

The shipping process took longer than they say. The ring over all is cute. I saw othe reviews saying the garnets are more orange than picuted and they are but still a garnet. Its just a Mozambique garnet. I also saw reviews saying the prongs stick out some and if you are twisting it in your finger you can feel them catch your other fingers. Over all its a get what you pay for. Im not displeased.

I was really disappointed with the January birthstone color. It looked orange not at all like the image on the website. For the amount I paid, I expected it to be better quality. The personalized necklace was way more accurate.

The ring is ok. I like the engraving work it was very simple and is clear and eaay to read. The plating is much yellower than i expected and the rubies are not red. They are a very pale pink which is disappointing. I ordered two different rings with my hisband and sons birthstones.
I probably wouldn’t order again.

While the rings are beautiful, the shipping times and customer service were horrible.
I purchased two custom pieces as gifts, and understood the time needed to complete them. Once that time had been reached, I gave it another week for any notifications—an email, a text, a shipping notification, anything. Nothing. I reached out to customer service and received a generic response about processing times that I already understood and took into account at the time of purchase.
Not only were my rings royally late, but the order tracking system is also flawed. For weeks at a time, the tracking page sat dormant, leaving me blind to when my rings would actually be delivered. They showed up one day randomly, and the tracking page is still frozen.
Word of wisdom: I cannot speak to the other pieces, but if you're purchasing custom jewelry from Indigo Lune, do yourself a favor and order 3-4 months in advance. Better to be safe than sorry.
