I emailed the company, sent some pictures, and they sent me a brand new one as a replacement. I was very impressed by the customer support. And I absolutely love my jewelry. Der Ring fühlt sich so schlecht verarbeitet an. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt er schön, fühlt sich aber an wie plastik, total leicht, dünn, einfach keine hochwertige Handarbeit..
Im Ring selber ist nicht mal angegeben aus weöchem Material er besteht.
Das gold ist total gelb und dunkel, sieht überhaupt nicht hochwertig und edel aus.
Habe mich so gefreut, vorallem weil die Lieferzeit extrem lang ist und bin tatsächlich jetzt extrem enttäuscht.
Werde leider nichts mehr dort bestellen..

Love the rings i received! However, i wish the stone choice for june was not moonstone. My birthday is in april (CZ / clear), and my best friend's in june (moonstone = usually clear or cloudy with a blue flash). the rendering portrayed the moonstone as being slightly blue compared to the clear CZ, however, upon receiving the rings they just both looked like clear stones. Because the stones are so small, there's no discernable color difference between them, so it would be nice if june's chosen stone was alexandrite or a pearl instead of the moonstone. also curious to see how long the gold plating will last for the price point, but the 4-star rating only reflects the lack of realistic coloring for a moonstone in the system's preview function before ordering. I am a crystal girlie, so i am familiar with moonstones but didn't think it would be that devastatingly similar to the CZ.

At first I thought had no delivery when it said. Turns out it was at neighbors house, only two numbers off. The team was willing to do a full investigation right away, however, I found it.
Then, less than a few hours of wearing it, a gem came out. No idea how. I was reading a book with my son and once I turned the page it just slipped out. I was pretty frustrated as it’s not cheap and takes some time to get a new one. Again, the team was SO fast with a resolution and kind. I will definitely be ordering more.
